Our Vision is to serve communities in pursuit of athletic excellence for field sport athletes in the areas of facilities, player development, and coach development.
To date, Maximize Sports Performance has targeted the primary markets associated with middle school football athletes, while fostering existing relationships with high school and college coaches across the nation to understand primary resource challenges they face each season. In summer of 2024, 9 summer camps are offered to middle school tackle football athletes, with primary marketing focused on the North Metro area of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metroplex in Minnesota. In addition to summer camps, 7on7 passing leagues will be offered to the same market audience in summer of 2024 with specific emphasis in the strongest youth football association in the area (Andover).
The field sports market in Minnesota, which include boys and girls varieties in football, baseball/softball, lacrosse, soccer, rugby, and cricket have one supply challenge in common...existing facilities to support player demand, both in-season as well as off-season, for leagues, player development, and practices are not adequately meeting the needs of the community teams at the youth or high school levels. The single common feedback thread received from coaches in these market segments were centered around more supply of open beam facilities with turfed surfaces. Maximize Sports Performance will help close this supply gap to enable field sports athletes to achieve success at their next level of competition.
