Omar Ruiz

Omar Ruiz has been in real estate for more than 17 years as a real estate investor, property manager, asset manager and property due diligence specialist. He’s been involved in numerous real estate transactions involving large apartment acquisitions and flipping of single family homes in California, Indiana and Texas. He has successfully lead apartment complex operations to achieve planned goals and objectives thus enabling them to distribute investor's dividends and cash out investor's equity.

He’s advised other investors, created partnerships and provides property management consulting to other investors. Omar and his team run the largest Investor Group in California with over 10,000 members. The club provides networking and real estate education to our members.
Omar Ruiz has a background in business consulting and professionally worked as a quality control manager in the aerospace industry working directly with companies such as Gulfstream, Boeing and Airbus. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from California State University of Long Beach.
