Pinnacle Bank Place, a five-story, 164,263-sq-ft building in downtown Fort Worth, houses 130 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments averaging 865 sq-ft each. Features include a 25,064-square-foot concrete podium for retail, 112,862 net rentable sq-ft, and a 7,936-square-foot resident clubhouse. A pedestrian bridge connects the main building to a 170,360-sq-ft parking garage with 453 dedicated spaces.
A four- and five-story, wood-frame apartment complex on 3.3 acres in Dallas, Zang Triangle includes 260 units, a two-story clubhouse, and five-story parking garage with approximately 400 spaces. The clubhouse showcases a two-story, handcrafted sculpture before a series of two-story storefront windows. Amenities include a large, urban-landscaped lounge and courtyard with a pool and spa.
Hebron 121 Station in Lewisville spans 13.58 acres, comprising four three-story wood-frame buildings with 234 units, 19 attached public garages, and 55 covered parking spaces. Its entrance showcases brick pavers, railroad ties, palm trees, and landscaping. Clubhouse houses managing and leasing offices, a business center, fitness, game rooms, kitchen, and patios. Amenities include a pool, cabana, and dog park.
The Hebron 121 Station Phase II project, a 488,000-square-foot continuation of Huffines Communities’ award-winning, 90-acre multifamily community in Lewisville, features the addition of 444 apartments, a resort pool complex, a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse, open village greens, and an expansion of the lakefront boardwalk. Phase I project totals include 366,240 square feet and 234 apartment units on 13.58 acres.
The San Antonio-based Broadway Lofts project renovates and completes a 3.87-acre, 19-building apartment complex, offering 268 units with party, workout, and storage rooms. Exterior features include stone/concrete walls, cantilevered patios, and steel bridges. Roofs use TOP Membrane with ballast, and the parking garage has a corrugated metal roof. Total square footage: 179,316 for units, 252,566 for gross area.
Broadway Lofts Phase II in San Antonio converts a vacant four-story building into commercial office space and loft-style apartments. The ground level offers 11,378 square feet of commercial space, while upper floors house 39 loft-style apartments across 12 floor plans. Amenities include polished concrete floors, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer connections, Pella Windows, and private balconies.
